Esteemed local Chefs David Pinckney of Cherokee Country Club and Chef Josh Smith of Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar will partner with Chef Brock to create a four course dinner to tempt and excite the palate including a decadent dessert to cap off the superb meal.

Childhelp Tennessee strengthens our community by supporting victims of child abuse and their families.

In 2010, Childhelp Tennessee served 1,445 children for sexual abuse, severe physical abuse, neglect or drug endangerment in Knox and surrounding counties.

Alan Benton of World Famous Benton's Bacon will be a special guest and has donated his products for the event.

As wine pairings are a traditional part of this event, a selection of brilliant wines will be paired with each course by the Chef and a Sommelier.

The cocktail hour will feature a supert selection of silent auction items, the ability to review live auction items in advance, a delicious array of appetizers and a special featured wine.
